Join us for an online “Introduction” to the work of Kristián Németh, who will show us how he works when creating artworks, and how he perceives and represents current social issues in art objects based on the specific properties and meanings of various materials. Let yourself be inspired!
The programme is primarily intended for young people aged 14–19 and for anyone interested.

Kristián Németh studied Intermedia at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, where he has just completed his doctoral studies, and he was a finalist for last year’s Oskár Čepan Award. In his work, through material, he reflects on and critiques the mechanisms and paradoxes of certain institutions (especially the church) functioning in contemporary democratic society.
